RETURN POLICY

 SUBMITTING A RETURN WITHIN EUROPE

How to submit a return? Please contact FRENDS Customer support via eu-warranty@weareFRENDS.com

Please note:
• Returns must be new in their original package.
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of shipment. (For consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 14, given all other guidelines are met.)
• If you received a damaged item, you must mail eu-warranty@weareFRENDS.com with 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.

RETURN AND SHIPPING PROCESS

FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.

Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team in order to return a warranty claim.
