At Frends we got your back. We are committed to offering a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from an authorized Frends dealer. This means that if the materials your headphones are made of aren't right or if they aren't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace them, at our discretion.

Now don't go getting crazy and smash your headphones and expect us to fix them for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or blown speakers...you know this. Be careful with the cords, and the jacks, and all that good stuff and most of all don't loose them!!! If you're about to get a swirly take your headphones off...water damage is not covered.
