Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your new FRENDS, you may return them within 15 days of product receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. 

Policy is applicable to purchases made on www.wearefrends.com. For purchases made at one of our Authorized Retailers, please consult their policy.

To submit a return within the United States:

Please contact FRENDS Customer support via support@wearefrends.com, or by phone at 1-877-733-7556 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm PST and Saturday 8am-4pm PST).

Please note:
• Items must be undamaged and include original packaging. 
• Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of product receipt (*for consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 31, 2017, given all other guidelines are met.)
• Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return.
• If you received a damaged item, please call 1-877-733-7556 within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.

Return + Shipping Process:
FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.

Please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team in order to return a warranty claim.
