      Please note the policy does not cover wear and tear such as scratches, dirt, make-up, water damage, loss, theft or other misuse. We recommend you treat your headphones as you would a nice pair of sunglasses and keep them in their carrying case when not in use.

      All warranty claims are subject to FRENDS authorization and at our sole discretion.

      FRENDS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.

      If you are not satisfied with your new FRENDS, you may return them within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping.

      Please contact FRENDS Customer support via support@wearefrends.com, or by phone at 1-877-733-7556 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm PST and Saturday 8am-4pm PST).

      Please note:
      • Items must be undamaged and include original packaging.
      • Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of shipment (*for consideration of holiday gifts, items purchased between November 15th and December 24th will be accepted for return until January 31, 2016, given all other guidelines are met.)
      • Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return.
      • If you received a damaged item, please call 1-877-733-7556 within 3 business days of receipt to report the problem.
